- Is defamatory, harassing, or abusive toward other users
- Contains spam, malware, or deceptive material
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or that we determine is otherwise harmful to the community, without notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from Concerto in bulk without permission
- Use Concerto to send unsolicited messages or spam other users
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
Third-Party Services
Concerto integrates with third-party services including Spotify, Setlist.fm, Ticketmaster, and Bandsintown to surface artist and event information. Your use of content sourced from these services is subject to their respective terms. Concerto is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these services.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or otherwise harm other users or the service.
Disclaimers
Concerto is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that concert and event data will be accurate or complete.
Concert and event information surfaced in Concerto is sourced from third parties and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Always verify event details with the venue or official ticketing sources before making plans.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Concerto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
